We want you to feel confident and excited when shopping with Crystalphoria, but please note that all sales are final.

✨ All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Each piece is naturally formed and one of a kind. Variations in color, pattern, texture, inclusions, and natural imperfections are part of what make your crystal uniquely yours and are not considered defects. We take great care in photographing and describing each item as accurately as possible.

If you have any questions about a piece, would like additional photos, or would prefer to see a video before purchasing, we are always happy to help. We encourage you to reach out prior to purchase to ensure you feel fully confident in your selection.

All orders are thoughtfully packaged with care to ensure safe delivery.

Once your package has been shipped, Crystalphoria is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, or for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. All shipments include tracking. USPS and UPS shipments typically include up to $100 of coverage. If an issue arises during transit, we are happy to provide any necessary information to assist you in filing a claim, though claims must be submitted by the customer.

International Orders

All of the above applies. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
