Every order is thoughtfully packed with care to ensure your crystals arrive safely and beautifully.

🌿 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During sales, new launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We truly appreciate your patience and support.

📦 Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and carrier)

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

📍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

🏠 Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

Crystalphoria is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it:

• Please check with neighbors or household members
• Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim

While we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered, we are happy to provide documentation or tracking information to assist with your claim.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit
Once your order has been shipped, Crystalphoria is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

All shipments include tracking, and USPS and UPS shipments typically include up to $100 of coverage. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

We are happy to provide any necessary information to assist you in filing a claim; however, all claims are the responsibility of the customer.

🌍 International Orders
International orders (Canada, UK, Australia) may be subject to VAT, GST, duties, or carrier fees upon delivery.

These charges are determined by the destination country and carrier and are not collected at checkout.

Crystalphoria is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by international authorities.
